Execute on strategy and deliverables to drive forward the change management roadmap within or across specific business segments or at the enterprise level.Key AccountabilitiesCustomerLead a diverse range of stakeholders; communicate effectivelyand assess potential change processes and audience issues or objectivesAnalyze impacts and risks and provide recommendations to customers, stakeholders, employees, processes, and technology solutions to achieve business resultsUnderstand, clarify, and lead work packages of each assigned initiative or project, inclusive of constraints (e.G., time, cost, people resources) while maintaining a customer‑centric approachProvide recommendations and direction based on the end-to-end customer experience when making decisionsLead and own the project deliverables related to change management to meet the needs of the customer, employee, and business and drive successful adoption of changeAssess and ensure that customer and employee experience and stakeholder impacts are appropriately understood and managedEngage appropriate stakeholders to identify and manage required outcomes of projects for the businessProvide ongoing communication to key stakeholders, including the project sponsor, business project owner, project/name or program/portfolio manager to ensure awareness of significant changes that impact change delivery against the overall projectRespond to inquiries and escalate change‑related concerns from stakeholders and partners at all levels in the organizationIdentify and lead problem resolution to ensure customer needs are met for the assigned areaCollaborate with the project manager and business sponsor to identify and ensure required resources are assigned to the projectEnsure timely notification and escalation of possible issues or problems while assessing options and recommendations for prompt resolutionCollaborate with partners across the organization to drive successful adoption of change, e.G., communications, training, process, etc.ShareholderCreate change plans and activities that drive adoption of changeDevelop change strategies, plans, and activities that drive adoption of change and perks realization based on business needsWork with business owner or sponsor to identify change adoption metricsAdhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for the business areaEnsure that programs, policies, and practices are well managed, meet business needs,
