We are looking for an experienced Product Line Manager - IP Networking Solutions to drive the strategy, vision, and growth of a portfolio of advanced networking products. This is a highly influential role that combines technology leadership, customer engagement, and business strategy.

This role is ideal for candidates coming from telecommunications, networking, or service provider environments who have deep expertise in IP/MPLS technologies and carrier-grade routing solutions. The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with the ability to translate customer and market requirements into product strategy and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of a portfolio of IP networking solutions and applications.
- Define and drive the long-term vision for the product portfolio, balancing customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in advanced IP networking technologies.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product Development teams to define product requirements and deliver successful product releases.
- Engage directly with customers, partners, and sales teams to gather feedback,



validate requirements, and influence product priorities.
- Develop business cases, pricing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.
- Support strategic customer engagements, including RFx responses, technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and executive discussions.
- Translate market and customer requirements into clear product requirements and use cases.
- Lead competitive analysis and market research activities to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Drive pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives, incorporating customer insights into future product enhancements.
- Create product collateral, including solution briefs, presentations, datasheets, and application notes.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Technical Expertise

- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Systems Engineering, Solution Architecture, or a similar role within the telecommunications, networking, or service provider industry.
- Deep knowledge of carrier-grade routing technologies and IP/MPLS networking is required.
- Hands-on experience working with routers, routing protocols, and IP networking solutions in telecom, networking vendor,



or service provider environments.
- Robust expertise in: IP/MPLS, Segment Routing (SR), Traffic Engineering (TE), Layer 2 and Layer 3 VPN Services, Multicast Networking.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, service provider networks, and large-scale IP deployments.
- Ability to evaluate design trade-offs related to scalability, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and business initiatives.
