You’ll play a key role in ensuring workshops, meetings, and client interactions run smoothly, while helping teams stay aligned across quick-moving priorities.What does success look like in this role?Coordinate logistics for client engagements, including workshops, meetings, and working sessions (in-person and virtual)Manage complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and client environmentsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with Executive Assistants and client stakeholdersNavigate client organizations effectively, understanding who’s who and how to get things doneSupport multiple concurrent engagements, quickly switching context and priorities as neededOrganize and manage details such as room bookings, AV setup, catering, access requirements, and materialsDetermine the most effective format for engagements (in-person vs. virtual) based on context and needsAnticipate challenges and proactively resolve coordination issues before they ariseMaintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail across all coordination activitiesAct as a central point of coordination across teams, ensuring alignment and smooth executionGreat, do my skills fit?Experience in a coordination-heavy role (Project Coordinator,
