Overview

We are seeking a motivated and eager Apprentice Mechanic / Installer to join our team. This position offers a valuable opportunity to develop technical skills and gain hands-on experience in helping our crews install team . The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with hands, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.

This role provides comprehensive training and working with a team. Looking for someone with shop experience, hard worker and able to work full time hours. Jobs that will be handled are, cutting various materials including aluminum, steel and others.

Responsibilities

- Measure and cut materials for various equipment or vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance tasks .
- Use tools to repair equipment under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Able to work with and understand basic hand tools and electrical wiring.
- Document work performed accurately and report findings to supervising technicians

Requirements





- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school coursework in mechanics is a plus
- Strong interest in mechanical systems, automotive repair, or industrial machinery
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and learn new skills quickly
- Valuable communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in various positions

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
