You will work closely with the Owner and Operations Manager to ensure production targets are met while maintaining our standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild insulated glass units (IGUs) according to work orders and quality standardsCut, size, and polish glass using shop tools and equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspacePerform equipment checks and adhere to safety protocolsHandle, store, and dispose of glass materials properlyAssist with unloading and organizing incoming materialsCommunicate proactively with the Shop Lead or Owner regarding inventory or equipment needsPerform other duties as assigned, including cross‑training in related areasQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in glass fabrication, glazing,
