Organizational Development ConsultantPosition type: Full‑time, Employee group: Union (MGEU).Position OverviewAs a member of the Centre for Learning and Program Excellence, the Organizational Development Consultant will strategically and operationally support development initiatives, program coordination, research, and planning. Core responsibilities include learning curriculum design and review, logistical and technical assistance with internal employee development programs, team‑based consultations, research and analysis, proposal and report preparation, project management, change management, program planning/delivery, and consultation.What You Will DoThe role collaborates with employees, faculty and leaders to advance RRC Polytech’s vision, mission, and strategic plans through learning and development opportunities. It involves consulting with individuals and groups using assessment, design, evaluation, and tracking methods, establishing and implementing organizational strategies that enhance culture, knowledge, and engagement, and building relationships with stakeholders to proactively support a highly competent workforce.What You Will BringDegree in education, business, organizational development, human resources, adult learning, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience researching data, gathering information, and preparing proposals for leadership.Experience assessing needs, designing, and facilitating in‑person, virtual, and hybrid workshops for employees across roles.Experience in project management and achieving quality results measured by client satisfaction.Knowledge of leading practices and emerging issues in leadership and employee development, organizational development, human resource management, and higher education trends.Experience with group process and facilitation techniques.Effective written and interpersonal communication skills for diverse audiences.Collaborative,
