We collaborate with clients to enhance the communities where our friends, families, and neighbours live and work.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for assisting the Survey Party Chief in successfully completing the field work on assigned jobs in accordance with the industry regulations and MTE Survey procedures and technical standardsAssist the Survey Party Chief with data preparation, measurements and calculations, communicating any issues, errors or concerns back to the Survey Party ChiefOperate and set up survey equipment/instruments including levels, Total Stations, data collectors, GPS etcInspect and maintain field equipmentEnsure a clean and orderly work environmentAdhere to all Health and Safety Policies and RegulationsOther duties as assignedRequirementsGraduate from a Geomatics Engineering Technology or Civil Engineering Technology program or equivalent3-5 years’ experience in a similar survey rolePursuing C.E.T.
