Contribute to the growth of our practice by aiding recruitment, training, and nurturing team members.

Spearhead project proposals, generate new business opportunities, and sell work emphasizing either cost transformation or insurance innovations.



Masterfully manage senior client stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional communication, and drive the cultural shifts needed for a cost-conscious mindset within client organizations.

Lead the full cycle of client engagements, focusing on cost transformation from opportunity identification to benefit realization in Life Insurance & Retirement, General Insurance, and Commercial Insurance sectors. Minimum 6 years of experience in consulting proficiency in delivering operational transformations within financial services, with a specific focus on life insurance & retirement, P&C; insurance, and commercial insurance sectors.

Technical expertise in enterprise-wide analytics and departmental analyses to unveil cost transformation opportunities, utilizing state-of-the-art digital tools.

Operational Model Transformation Expertise including operating model design and sourcing strategies.

Proven capability in strategic cost reduction, business case development for transformative initiatives, and successfully driving associated commercials.

Strong communication and networking skills to nurture sustainable relationships and champion cultural change across organizations.

Articulate writing skills for effective presentation of viewpoints in reports, proposals,



and articles to win work.

Dedication to personal growth and career development by actively seeking feedback and new learning avenues.

Desirable connections and experience within the insurance industry, with broader financial services experience being favorable.
