Fulbright is seeking a lawyer to join the Employment and Labour Law team at its Montreal office. The team is part of a national employment and labour group of over 80 lawyers in Canada, advising employers across private and public sectors and representing clients in both English and French jurisdictions. Role The successful candidate will draft opinions and arguments, provide advice on employment and labour law issues, and plead before courts and tribunals.

Qualifications - 3 to 5 years of experience representing clients in employment and labour law.

- Experience in workers’ compensation, occupational health and safety, employment standards, employment contracts, grievance arbitration, and human rights law.
- Advocacy experience and ability to plead before courts.




- Business acumen and ability to build and maintain trust‑based client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple files, meet tight deadlines, and re‑evaluate priorities.
- Professionalism under pressure with strong stress management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills.
- Autonomy, initiative, thoroughness, and robust attention to detail.
