Role SummaryUnder the supervision and instructions from leads of operations you will be responsible to carry out daily responsibilities and tasks in the GTA region.Core ResponsibilitiesVarious painting responsibilities, interior & exterior.Caulking repairs.Door repairs and adjustments.Fluorescent Lighting & light lens replacements.Various plumbing repairs and recent installs.Drywall patching.Repairs/replacement of floor coverings (carpet/tile).Carpet removal.Minor demolition of Gyproc walls.Various clean ups.Minor Industrial overhead doors P.M’s (preventative maintenance).Pothole cold patch filling periodically.Basic weather-stripping installs.Basic daily repairs in small areas as assigned etc.Other tasks may be assigned.Required Skills and ExperienceKnowledge of industrial building maintenance such as, minor electrical, basic mechanical.Self driven with the ability to troubleshoot identify and perform necessary daily repairs.The ability to multitask and work with other as a team.Clear understanding of building materials and it’s functions.Responsible, independent,
