What are your contributions to the team?
Identify the needs of the various sectors of the plant and translate them into projects for layout, infrastructure, or facility improvements. Develop and recommend protected, innovative solutions tailored to the needs of internal clients and operations. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from needs assessment to commissioning, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Simultaneously lead multiple projects and initiatives, balancing competing priorities, operational constraints, and company objectives. A ct as a central point of contact between internal clients, internal teams, contractors, and management to facilitate decision-making and project execution. Monitor contractors and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality,
and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the safety, efficiency, and performance of the facilities. Anticipate risks, constraints, and operational impacts to ensure project success and business continuity. Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders. Manage projects involving the addition, replacement, or relocation of production equipment, infrastructure improvements, workspace design, health and safety, regulatory compliance, and operational optimization.
