This position plays a key role in maintaining our Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) program and supporting our Fleet division. You'll be involved in training, inspections, compliance monitoring, and contributing to continuous improvement across the organization.This is an in-person role based out of our Winnipeg office. We're looking for someone who's organized, adaptable, and ready to make a real impact on the ground.What You'll Be DoingSupport field staff with safety training, safe work procedures, and orientation for current hiresMonitor and maintain COR standards and OH&S complianceConduct shop, yard, and job site safety inspectionsInvestigate incidents, report root causes, and coordinate corrective actionsAttend and contribute to weekly maintenance meetingsMonitor driver Hours of Service and ensure complianceMaintain safety records, complete data entry,
