catwalks shoring and barricadesPerform routine maintenance workRemove rubble and other debris at construction sitesPrepare raw materials for mixing processTrim, smooth, and shape surfacesMix, apply and spread mortar, cement, mastic, glue or other adhesives using hand trowelClean and prepare surfaces by removing debris, dirt, and existing materials.Repair or patch any uneven surfaces (e.G., cracks, holes) to ensure a smooth base.Mask and protect surrounding areas to prevent material overspill.Load and unload rubber granules and binding agents.Measure and mix rubber material with binder to specified ratios.Transport mixed materials to the installation site.Spread rubber mix evenly over prepared surfaces using hand tools such as trowels and rakes.Ensure consistent thickness and smooth finish.Edge and finish surface neatly along borders, fixtures, or landscaping.Clean tools and equipment after use.Assist in removing masking materials and general site cleanup.Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE (e.G., gloves, kneepads, safety boots).Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues.Maintain high standards of workmanship.Qualifications & Skills:Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Experience in landscaping, paving, or construction is an asset but not required.Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.Join our team as a Rubber Paving Labourer, where your skills will contribute significantly to the success of our projects while you gain valuable experience in the construction industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
