About QuadReal Property GroupQuadReal Property Group is a global real estate investment, development and operating company headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. Its assets under management are $98.5 billion. From its foundation in Canada as a full-service real estate operating company, QuadReal has expanded its capabilities globally for investments in equity and debt in both the public and private markets. QuadReal invests directly through operating platforms in which it holds an ownership interest and via programmatic partnerships.QuadReal seeks to deliver strong investment returns while creating sustainable environments that bring value to the people and communities it serves. Now and for generations to come.QuadReal: Excellence lives here.www.Quadreal.ComRole DescriptionThe AI Enablement & Engagement Lead is the connective tissue between AI&DI’s internal delivery capabilities and the business units that need to understand, adopt, and benefit from them. You own two things equally: the stewardship of what’s been built – documentation, adoption metrics, visibility materials, and knowledge continuity – and the engagement work that drives adoption – AI workshops, use case facilitation, and business relationship management. This is not a program coordination role or a documentation-support function. It requires genuine facilitation capability, enough AI fluency to run credible workshops with skeptical business stakeholders, and the discipline to maintain the institutional memory layer that prevents AI builds from becoming black boxes.ResponsibilitiesAI Workshop Planning & FacilitationDesign and lead AI workshops for business units – from discovery sessions (what problems exist?) to solution framing (what could AI do here?) to outcome reviews (what did we learn?)Build and maintain a reusable workshop curriculum that can be adapted to different business unit contexts, maturity levels, and objectivesCapture structured use case intake from every workshop – problem statements, data context, stakeholder priority, rough feasibility signal – feeding directly into the AI&DI use case pipelineFacilitate sessions that result in clear, actionable outputs – not just ideas – so the delivery team can act on them without a second round of clarificationBusiness Unit Engagement & Relationship ManagementOwn ongoing relationships with key business unit contacts across Research, Investment, Asset Management, and other functionsMaintain BU engagement continuity between delivery cycles – stakeholders shouldn’t feel dropped between workshops and deploymentTranslate AI&DI delivery outcomes back to business stakeholders in language they care about: what was built, what it does, what changed, what’s coming nextAct as the face of AI&DI to business partners – credible enough technically to field questions,

accessible enough to build trust with non-technical audiencesStewardship & DocumentationMaintain and curate PRDs and business-facing documentation for internal builds – scope, out-of-scope items, decision history, and the rationale behind bothEnsure all project artifacts are stored in shared, accessible locations – Teams, ClickUp, shared Claude projects – and findable without asking anyoneStandardize templates for requirements, decisions, metrics, and support expectations across projects – consistent enough that any team member can pick up a project mid‑streamSupport knowledge transfer and handover readiness: external vendors or new team members brought in later should be able to get up to speed from documentation aloneShares team-wide accountability for user and operational support, and contributes to the continuous improvement of processes, practices, and products built and managed by AI&DI.Adoption Tracking & VisibilityTrack and report usage and adoption metrics across deployed AI solutions – are teams actually using them, how often, and for what purpose?Prepare materials for visibility forums and executive updates (e.G., CIC FYI updates) – emphasis on internal delivery value, adoption progress, and portfolio momentumCoordinate with central IT and support stakeholders to ensure alignment on internal vs. vendor‑supported solution policies and support expectationsFlag adoption risks early – solutions that are deployed but underused are a delivery failure, not just a change management footnoteRequired Experience and Qualifications6–9 years of experience in digital enablement, change management, product management, or program management with significant stakeholder-facing delivery responsibility with 2+ years in a directly AI-focused enablement, adoption, or delivery role that demonstrates equivalent depth and business impactActively uses AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent) as a daily work habit – vibe‑codes exploratory prototypes, uses AI to accelerate problem framing, and brings that builder instinct into team problem‑solving rather than waiting for engineers to do itDemonstrated workshop facilitation experience – has designed and led sessions with senior business stakeholders, not just participated in themSufficient AI fluency to run credible conversations with business leaders about what AI can and can’t do – doesn’t need to build models, but must understand LLMs, agents,

and ML at a conceptual levelStrong written and verbal communication – particularly the ability to translate technical AI work into business‑relevant languageExperience maintaining governance documentation and program-level artifacts – not just producing them once but keeping them current and organizedComfortable operating autonomously with minimal day‑to‑day direction; brings structure to ambiguity rather than waiting for it to be providedStrong AssetExperience in an enterprise AI program or Center of Excellence context – has seen how AI adoption plays out at scaleFamiliarity with real estate, asset management, or financial services – domain credibility with QuadReal’s business unitsExperience using wide variety of AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) as part of day‑to‑day work – not a theoretical interest but a practical habitBackground in internal consulting, advisory, or change management for technology programsSalary & BenefitsThe expected annualized base salary range for this role is $100,000 – $120,000.QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which may include a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, pension plan, and paid time off.Actual salary offered will consider factors such as skills, experience, education, training, market compensation, and internal equity. This job posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization. We value diverse experiences and perspectives.
