Responsibilities

- Assess vehicle damage thoroughly and develop effective repair plans in accordance with industry standards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to remove dents, replace panels, and perform collision repairs efficiently.
- Perform mechanical inspections to identify additional issues that may require attention during the repair process.
- Utilize dealership experience and automotive repair knowledge to ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times.




- Communicate clearly with team members and customers regarding repair progress and timelines.
- Complete detailed documentation of repairs performed, parts used, and work completed for each vehicle.

Skills

- Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair procedures.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and efficiently during repairs.
- Familiarity with automotive bodywork techniques such as dent removal, panel replacement, and refinishing.
- Solid attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Mechanic experience is highly valued for understanding vehicle systems comprehensively.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain technical details clearly.
