Duties
- Safely transport parts, tools, and documents between the shop, vendors, and other locations as needed
- Assist technicians with retrieving and delivering parts to ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized records of deliveries, pickups, and guest interactions to support shop operations
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily tasks and prioritize urgent requests
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the shop environment to promote a professional workspace
Requirements
- Previous dealership or auto body shop experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse customers and team members
- Strong communication skills to clearly relay information between departments and clients
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for safe transportation duties
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous but not mandatory
