Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Customer Service Advisor to join our agile team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our shop, providing outstanding customer service while guiding clients through their vehicle needs. Your mechanical knowledge and dealership experience will help you communicate effectively with customers and upsell services confidently. This is a paid position that offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Communicate technical information clearly, explaining repair options and costs to customers
- Schedule appointments and manage customer flow efficiently to maximize shop productivity
- Upsell additional services or repairs based on mechanical assessments and customer needs




- Handle cash transactions accurately, including invoicing and payment processing
- Collaborate with mechanics to understand vehicle issues and ensure customer expectations are met
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service histories, and sales

Experience

- Dealership experience or background working in an automotive sales or service environment preferred
- Mechanical knowledge gained through experience as a mechanic or related role
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to upsell services tactfully while maintaining customer trust
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
