Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles and heavy equipment using schematics, electrical testing tools, and diagnostic software.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on automobiles, excavators, cranes, forklifts, farm machinery, HVAC systems, and industrial equipment.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues accurately.
- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and other industrial equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain detailed service records, complete inspection reports, and document all repairs performed.




- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction with the work performed.

Skills

- Proven dealership experience or similar automotive repair background with a strong mechanical foundation.
- Hands-on experience with heavy equipment operation including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery.
- Knowledge of Caterpillar machinery or other industrial equipment is highly desirable.
- Skilled in electrical troubleshooting, schematics interpretation, welding, and HVAC systems maintenance.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and industrial maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- Robust mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks regularly.
- Exceptional customer service skills with transparent communication abilities.
