Our client is hiring an Outside (B2B) Sales Representative in the luxury jewelry industry to join their team in Canada. A car and a driver's license are required

Salary: $100,000 CAD

Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth by developing new retail opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with retailers and sales associates.
- Present products and sales proposals, negotiate with customers, process orders and quotes, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Analyze sales and inventory reports to identify opportunities for account growth, improve merchandising, and increase sales performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, accounting, customer service, and production to support customer and business needs.
- Attend trunk shows, private shows, trade shows, sales meetings, and retail visits throughout the U.S.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of outside sales experience within the luxury jewelry and/or diamond industry .
- Proven B2B and B2C sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
