The CHV implements the Healthy Beginnings Enhanced Home Visiting program including strengths‑based curriculum for at‑risk families. The CHV is part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team approach and works with the Early Years Team to ensure quality case management. The CHV shares a core set of public health attitudes and values, applies public health core competencies to all the work and is accountable to provide competent, safe and ethical professional practice.
