Our customers expect us to use the latest technology to create original, thoughtful & transformative experiences for their customers.ResponsibilitiesAct as an internal product owner for projects, having a holistic view, driving high quality deliverablesBe an advocate for our team and for our customersHelp define and manage project scope & timelinesCarefully manage project budgetsDetermine critical roles and responsibilities within projectsCoordinate strategy, analyst, UX, development and testing activityProactively identify changes that put projects at riskMitigate and creatively resolve issuesOversee delivery of multiple projects, including streams of support worksAbility to gather, understand and manage project requirementsPerform planning sessionsMeet regularly with customers to provide updatesConduct retrospectives with customers and our teams, driving accountability and improvementsWork closely with business development to define the overall shape of potential projects for proposals (resources, costs, timelines, etc)Creating statements of work and change requestsFollow (and improve upon)
