Duties assigned by Lead-Hand/Mechanical Superintendent.Qualifications include:Licensed Truck & Coach Mechanic (310T) preferred; however, 310S & 421A will be taken into consideration; Level 3 Apprenticein 310T, 310S or 421A will be considered; Registered forDriveOn portal; Valid Ontario Driver’s License; Company truck and company gas card will be provided; Knowledge and experience in Preventative Maintenance Programs; Knowledge and experience in engine/emission diagnostics,



electrical diagnostics and repair; Knowledge and experience in heavy truck hydraulics, pneumatics, brakes, suspension, and steering; Knowledge and experience on Bosch Rexroth salt management system; Knowledge and experience in fabrication and welding considered an asset; Good knowledgeof trade related worksite safety; Experience on industry related heavy‑duty equipment such as gravel trucks, snow‑plow trucks, winter maintenance attachments, loaders, grader, sweepers, mowers, backhoes, tractors, etc.Capable of working overtime as requiredCapable of performing call out to attend vehicle breakdownThis role is a unionized position with wages and benefits as outlined by the collective agreement.Pay Rate: $37.08 - $42.08 hourlyEmcon Services has the following conditions of employment: satisfactory drug pre‑screening and Driver’s Abstract.Emcon Services Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
