The ideal candidate is one that brings a strong sense of urgency, is proactive with communication with both internal and external partners and has a customer‑first mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute daily purchasing activities to maintain optimal inventory levels across assigned product categoriesMonitor demand, forecasts, and inventory positions to prevent stockouts and overstock situationsIssue and manage purchase orders for assigned suppliers, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines, as well as internal production ordersFollow up with suppliers to expedite orders, negotiate pricing and terms, and resolve delivery or quality issuesAnalyze purchasing data to identify trends, risks, and cost‑saving opportunitiesMaintain system data including lead times, pricing,
