and retaining employees.Maintain productivity through coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.Optimize the flow of product.Ensure proper maintenance of the facilities & equipment to maintain warehouse productivity, safety, and efficiency.Communicate and achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly delivery budget.Ensure clear communication between warehouse and other departments.Execute all aspects of successful inventory management.Understand and follow all safe work practices and rules.Daily fleet management.Enforce Warehouse/Transportation safety programs to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees.As a successful candidate you will have the following:High School diploma, post‑secondary education is preferred.Previous management experience in a distribution‑oriented environment.Effective decision making, problem solving, and communication skills.Ability to build high performing work teams.Direct and motivate subordinates in a dynamic work environment.Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products and ability to learn in‑house computer programs.Ability to work flexible work schedules to meet the requirements of the operation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
