Signage CrewSeasonal position (May 4 – Sep 14, 2026) full‑time 40–44 hours per week, hourly wage $20.00. Spruce Meadows is a world‑renowned show‑jumping venue hosting tournaments throughout the year. Events occur on weekends, requiring availability on weekends, nights, and during the busy season.ResponsibilitiesEnsure proper signage and display material is exhibited throughout Spruce Meadows as directed by the Manager of Signage and Security.Install and remove sponsor‑related advertising boards throughout the grounds (including fences, arenas, grandstands, boards, frames, and buildings; mainly coroplast and vinyl, but also metal, plastic and other construction materials).Install and remove flags throughout Spruce Meadows as directed.Install graphics on temporary structures, glass or vehicles.Keep inventory of flags and signage (including advertising boards).Assemble retail‑type shelving.Perform basic maintenance on flags and signage (including advertising boards).Maintain equipment such as drills, ladders, etc.Off‑site product delivery,



setup and retrieval of signage and flags.Minimum RequirementsReliable transportation to and from work and a Class 5 driver’s license (no transit available to Spruce Meadows).Comfortable working from ladders and/or heights.Ability to move quickly and carry heavy loads.Strong time‑management skills.Robust team approach and willingness to assist others when necessary.Ability to problem‑solve and exhibit conflict‑resolution skills.Ability to work early mornings, weekends and evenings during the listed employment dates.Aerial platform certification (strong asset).Current certificate in Standard First Aid & CPR Level C (asset).Fluency in a second language (asset).Conditions of EmploymentWork is in a quick‑paced environment, requiring flexibility in both team and individual settings.
