maintainable solutionsControlled customisation and production‑ready documentation/runbooksWhat You Bring5–8+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including ITOM exposure in enterprise production environments.Solid hands‑on development skills (JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules).Proven experience delivering solutions using ServiceNow best practicesSecure coding, maintainability, scalability, performance awarenessConfiguration‑first mindset and controlled customisationStrong integration experienceScripted REST APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, troubleshooting end‑to‑end failuresPractical ITOM experience across at least 2–3 areasDiscovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Cloud Discovery (AWS/Azure/GCP), HAM, SAMStrong ownership and ability to deliver independently.Preferred / Nice To HaveServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (Discovery/Event Management/Service Mapping)IntegrationHub and Flow Designer experienceMicrosoft ecosystem integration exposureTeams, Power Platform, Graph API, Azure FunctionsUnderstanding of GenAI integration principlesData grounding/retrieval, audit logging, risk mitigationSalary and BenefitsSalary: $94,600.00 – $176,000.00 (Salaried).
