The BSW/MHC‑B must be able to function independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team and work cooperatively with multiple service providers. This position requires travel throughout the catchment area (Grey and Bruce Counties) to deliver programs and meet the needs of clients. Responsibility for a case‑management caseload is required. The position is initially targeted to work in the Assertive Community Treatment Team with the understanding that the BSW/MHC‑B is a member of Outpatient Mental Health Services and may be assigned to another program as needed.Qualifications / Skills / AbilitiesBSWBachelor’s degree in Social Work and membership in the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)MHC‑BBachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related health or Social Service fieldCurrent registration in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)BothMinimum two years’ experience working in a multidisciplinary teamExperience in Crisis Intervention/emergency psychiatry and working with community agenciesFamiliarity with principles and practice of intensive case management,
