Role DescriptionArcadis Canada is seeking anexperiencedEnvironmental Field Technician to join our Resilience team in Atlantic Canada. This role sits within the Global Business Area of Resilience and will support our many active remediation and environmental projects.ResponsibilitiesSupport environmental site assessments, risk assessments, and remediation projects under the direction and guidance of a Project Manager.Conduct site visits and inspections.Monitor and supervise drilling and/or remediation activities.Prepare field notes, collect soil and groundwater samples, support data tabulation, and write environmental reports.Demonstrate knowledge of real‑time instrumentation systems.Supervise drilling and well construction.Implement groundwater and surface water sample collection programs.Travel to sites around Atlantic Canada will be required and is expected to account for approximately 85% of the time.Qualifications and ExperienceTechnical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Earth Sciences, or related field.Designation of C. Tech or C.E.T required.8‑10 years of experience in environmental fieldwork.Experience with FCSAP, PFAS,



and completion of contaminated sites field work at government sites.Solid mechanical inclination, attention to detail, and accuracy.Effective communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is $58,320–87,480. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position.
