We are hiring an HVAC Service maintenance person:Developing and managing HVAC maintenance contracts for multi-residential and commercial buildings.Leading site assessments, system evaluations, and quoting.Building and managing a team of technicians.Establishing preventive maintenance programs and service protocols.Acting as the primary technical contact for property managers and building owners.You will play a key role in shaping the direction and growth of this division.Key Responsibilities:Technical & Operations:Assess and quote Fan coil & Heat Pump Systems.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.Troubleshoot complex system issues across mechanical and controls layers.Interpret sequences of operation and coordinate for HVAC systems.Leadership & Team Building:Hire, train, and manage HVAC technicians.Establish SOPs, maintenance checklists, and reporting systems.Build a scalable service structure.Client & Contract Management:Interface with property managers, condo boards, and building operators.Present findings, recommendations,
