This is not a big-company role where you’ll sit in meetings. You’ll ship production AI systems every week.What you’ll actually work on:Build and optimize our multi-layer RAG pipeline that powers real-time sales conversationsDesign the agent orchestration layer for our next-gen autonomous sales agentsContribute to OpenClaw, our open-source AI agent framework (think LangChain but for sales)Build deep integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce,



and enterprise CRMsWork directly with the CEO on product direction — no layers of managementYou should apply if:You’ve shipped production LLM/AI Agent systems (not just demos or side projects)You have experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding pipelinesYou’re comfortable with Python, and have worked with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similarYou’ve built systems that handle real user traffic at scaleYou want to build, not manage.
