Position DescriptionHybrid role requiring presence at client or CGI Halifax office a minimum of 2 days per week, subject to change.Organizational Change Manager responsible for planning, organizing, and leading change management activities. Focus areas include business readiness, executive alignment/commitment, and communications within program and project delivery. Collaboration with client, project team, and stakeholders to assess, implement, and evaluate change initiatives. Build understanding of organizational resources and capacity for change and develop processes, tools, and techniques to achieve objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead development of change management strategies and plans to support complex IT programs and projects.Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to changes driven by projects and change efforts.Develop actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, risk mitigation plan, and resistance management plan.Work with leadership teams to integrate change management activities into overall execution.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in organizational development, business administration, communications, human resources, or related discipline; or equivalent combination of education,



business analysis or technical certifications, training, or work experience.4 to 7 years of recent relevant work experience in training and/or changing organizational culture.Advanced knowledge of organizational change principles, approaches, and methodologies.Experience working in an IT setting.Strong coaching skills and ability to coach at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to develop effective presentations and present information clearly and concisely.Experience with strategic planning.Experience working with communication teams to provide effective communications through various methods.Familiarity with project management approaches and tools, as well as phases of the project lifecycle.AssetsChange Management Professional (CMP) Certification.PROSCI Certification.CompensationEstimated range: $81,000–$135,000.
