Duties

- Assist in the packing of bakery products, ensuring each item meets quality standards before shipment
- Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely to facilitate packaging processes
- Use forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move ingredients and finished products as needed
- Support assembly tasks by organizing and preparing packaging materials efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines




- Conduct routine inspections of packaging supplies and report any shortages or issues

Requirements

- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or food production environments is preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools for minor repairs or adjustments
- Strong understanding of assembly and packaging processes within a production setting
- Experience with warehouse operations, including inventory handling and safety procedures
- Good physical stamina to stand, lift, and move items throughout the shift
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
