Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including Micros POS, while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders efficiently, and responding to inquiries.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.




- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Square POS, is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service is essential.
