Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team. As a Beverage Cart Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by providing refreshments and snacks on the golf course. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor to ensure an enjoyable experience for our patrons.

Job Duties:

Drive the beverage cart around the golf course, or stationed at the halfway house offering a selection of beverages and snacks to players and guests.

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner,



providing information on available items and taking orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve beverages and snacks promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, including stocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and disposing of trash responsibly.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following proper procedures for payment processing.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management to ensure adequate stock is available at all times.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding alcohol service and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food and beverage industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and coworkers.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities in a quick-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Physical requirements:

- Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
- Moderate work - Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
