Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Follow established recipes and food handling procedures to maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Assist in food presentation, garnishing dishes to enhance visual appeal
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station, adhering to sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy morning hours




- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate supply needs to management
- Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and handled according to health regulations

Experience

- Previous food service experience, particularly in breakfast or restaurant settings, is highly preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods in a quick-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working with kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and prep stations
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently under pressure
