This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is comfortable leveraging contract lifecycle management (CLM) technology and AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency, consistency, and speed in contracting processes.Reporting to the Director, Legal, you will play a key role in managing the full contract lifecycle while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product and Engineering to enable scalable commercial growth.Manage a high volume of commercial agreements across the full contract lifecycle (intake, drafting, negotiation support, execution, renewal, and amendments)Draft, review and redline a range of contracts such as MSAs, DPAs, SOWs and Vendor/Supplier Agreements.Support rapid sales cycles by ensuring timely contract turnaround while maintaining appropriate risk controlsUtilize CLM platforms and AI-enabled tools to streamline contract review, redlining, workflow management, and reportingTrack contractual obligations, key commercial terms, renewal timelines,
