As our Web Developer, you will bring strategic vision, creativity, and a pulse on culture to help us connect meaningfully with our audiences.Reporting to the Lead Web Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining our product pages, implementing regulatory updates, and completing ongoing fixes and features. You will collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure our websites remain visually engaging, technically sound, and optimized for performance and usability. user-friendly websites and web applicationsCollaborate with key stakeholders throughout the organizationTroubleshoot and find solutions for custom web application issuesProgram multilingual websites with SEO optimizationEnsure the technical feasibility of application designsWrite reusable code for scaleOptimize web applications for speed and scalabilityEnhance UX design in collaboration with designers and stakeholdersIntegrate data from various sources with input validationTest and provide after-hours support for delivery and maintenance of web applicationsMaintain high-quality graphic standards and brand consistencyCreate quality mock-ups and prototypesIdentify process improvements and propose solutionsStay updated on emerging technologies and trendsTechnical Skills:3-5 years of technical experienceProficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and PHP; Tailwind CSS is nice tohaveExperience with WordPress or Content Management SystemsExperience withSQL or MongoDB DatabasesWorking knowledge of distributed source control tools such as GitKnowledge of accessibility and SEO best practicesFrench as a second language is a nice-to-haveRequirements:College diploma or degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering,
