As the Director of Operations for Eastern Canada, you will report to the Senior Director, overseeing operational teams and enhancing franchise relationships. Key responsibilities include coaching Area Managers, achieving sales growth, and implementing COBS strategic plans. Your leadership will ensure bakeries meet COBS brand standards and contribute to team culture and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:



• Coach Area Managers on effective franchisee management strategies • Foster a team culture aligned with COBS strategic plans • Coordinate regular team meetings to enhance collaboration • Achieve budgeted sales growth across bakeries • Review financial performance and develop action plans

Requirements: • 5+ years in a Senior Management role • Franchising experience preferred • Degree or Diploma in Business • Solid interpersonal and facilitation skills • Ability to analyze financial results and performance metrics
