Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you: Prepare, organize and facilitate information gathering sessions (interviews, focus groups, brainstorming workshops, etc.) with the various stakeholders in order to understand the objectives and issues of the identity and access management product as well as the cybersecurity program
- Analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into usable use cases by the product team
- Define and frame the scope of the change
- Build the required models, including processes, data, workflows, and use cases
- Analyze and manage risks associated with business requirements
- Contribute to change management activities, in particular by performing impact analyses on business teams
- Write the required documentation, including processes, procedures, capability sheets, initiative sheets and business files
- Estimate and plan activities,
required efforts and business analysis deliverables in order to integrate them into the project plan
- Ensure the traceability of requirements, from business needs to the implementation of the solution
- Prepare, organize and lead quality reviews of requirements and solutions
- Establish test plans and scenarios
- Assist the technical team during the implementation of the solution
- Manage activities related to acceptance testing and support the final acceptance of the solution.
The profile sought is as follows: Ten (10) years or more of experience as a business analyst
- Master BPMN modeling
- Demonstrate experience in cybersecurity, more specifically in identity and access management (IAM)
- Have successfully participated in IT security projects, including the implementation of recent technology solutions with varying impacts on end users.
