Purpose of the Role To act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams by eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, and managing business requirements to deliver technology solutions that meet business objectives.

Principal Accountabilities

Understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.

- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare business requirements, functional requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Assess solution options, risks, impacts, and dependencies.
- Support solution design, testing, UAT, and implementation.
- Manage requirement changes and requirement traceability.
- Work with business, technology, vendors, and project teams throughout delivery.
- Assist with prioritization of change requests and business initiatives.
- Prepare business cases, documentation, and reports.

Personal Specifications

Criteria - Requirements

Education - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Qualified Certifications - CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum certifications are an advantage

Experience - 35+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in banking or financial services.

Technical Knowledge - Business process modelling, requirements management, UAT, SDLC, Agile/Waterfall, MS Office, Visio/Jira/Confluence or equivalent.

Skills - Analytical thinking, stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, documentation, problem solving, negotiation, prioritisation.

Personal Attributes - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, proactive, able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Language - Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
