OverviewJob Summary:The Occupational Therapist (OT) will join an interdisciplinary team of rehabilitation and health professionals in the delivery of services in an acute care facility. Services/programs offered include inpatients and outpatients, Assess & Restore, and Assistive Devices Program (ADP).QualificationsGraduate from a recognized school of Occupational Therapy.Registered, or eligible for registration, with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).Ability to prioritize qualified duties, manage multiple patients, and efficiently organize workload in a busy, fast-paced environment.Ability to function within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.Experience with assistive device/equipment assessment and prescription is considered an asset.Job DutiesWorkload includes client care of acute and chronic inpatients, long-term care residents, and outpatients.Assess, plan, implement and evaluate treatment programs for a variety of patients including orthopedic, medical, neurological,
