Join us and help us continue a tradition of meeting the needs of our customers and our communities while connecting them to today’s energy solutions.About The OpportunityMcDougall Transportation is seeking a skilled310T Truck and Coach Technician/Active Apprenticeto join our team, based out of our North Bay shop.SkillsPerform MTO safety inspections on tractors and trailers in compliance with provincial regulations.Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel engines, powertrains, electrical systems, and aftertreatment systems for tractors.Inspect, service, and repair trailer systems, including brakes, suspension, lighting, ABS, and structural components.Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using diagnostic software and tools.Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on all fleet equipment to ensure safety and reliability.Accurately document inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities, including daily logs and service reports.Assist with parts identification and communicate repair needs to support efficient workflow.Conduct post‑repair inspections and support road testing to verify safe operation.Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment,
