Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver healthcare support for acute and chronic conditions • Work independently and as part of the SAFER team • Offer resources and referrals for mental and sexual health • Collaborate with community partners for integrated care • Engage in staff training and community networking

Requirements: • Licensed Practical Nurse with 1-5 years of relevant experience • Background in harm reduction and substance use services • Solid understanding of public health equity models • Experience working with marginalized communities • Solid advocacy, communication, and crisis skills
