Reporting to the Project Director, this role leads and integrates a team of subject matter experts, while serving as the primary client‑facing leader to ensure alignment and deliver seamless, high‑quality project outcomes.Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to SiteLead and Align Experts – Coordinate technical teams to deliver integrated, high‑quality project outcomesEnsure Quality and Sustainability – Drive QA/QC and LEED compliance across all project phasesManage Schedules, Budgets, and Changes – Oversee project controls and change management to mitigate risksEngage Clients and Stakeholders – Act as the primary client‑facing leader, providing clear technical updatesPromote Safety and Improvement – Maintain safety standards and lead continuous improvement initiativesThe Right Tools for the JobEducation: Technical diploma or degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)Experience: 7+ years in construction/design,
