These projects typically involve modifications to existing industrial facilities, including loading dock additions, structural alterations, and partial ground‑up scope such as excavation, concrete, and steel work. Due to increased demand in this area, they are looking to bring on an Estimator with experience in base building, structural, or light civil scopes within an ICI environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate cost estimates for industrial and commercial construction projectsAnalyze drawings and specifications related to structural modificationsPrecast wall removalShoring and underpinningExcavation and footingsConcrete and structural steelSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricingPerform quantity take-offs and cost analysisParticipate in bid closing, scope reviews,
