Job OverviewThe Resource Coordinator reports to the Cloud Agile Delivery Manager under the Cloud Services Practice Management team and supports the cloud coordination of the Cloud Azure project delivery through strong workstream management, delivery management, resource coordination, and management across cloud teams. This role works closely with Product Owners (Stream Leads), Project Managers, and Cloud Engineering leaders to ensure that the right skills are available at the right time while maintaining team stability and delivery velocity.Key ResponsibilitiesHybrid Methodology Mindset – Waterfall Governance & Agile ways of workingInitiationWork effort estimatesBudgetingCollaborative and co‑creation mindsetInternal (Team‑specific) process definition, reviews, updatesCoaching and mentoring – PO & Team on agile practicesWorkstream and Delivery ManagementUpdating and managing Clarity accuracy accordinglyManaging technical product / roadmaps and Integrated Program Plans for the cloud teamsPartner with the stream leads within cloud services stream to align resourcing with the Integrated Azure Program PlanSupport stable team models while balancing shifting priorities and cloud delivery demandsIdentify resource constraints that could impact commitments or cloud releasesAssist with dependency management,
