$50,000 - $55,000.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with the Client and stakeholders.Monitor and maintain effective tracking of Lands, Property, and Asset Protection items, including PTE agreement status and terms, lands handover statuses, and completion of scopes on third‑party lands.Assist in initial outreach and agreement negotiations with neighbouring properties and business owners across the Project.Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and property owners to schedule and execute required works in third‑party lands within the vicinity of the project.Collaborate with implementation, project management, and design teams to review, assemble, and return Adjacent Developer Review (ADR) packages on a timely basis.Track and ensure compliance to third‑party PTE agreement terms and work with internal teams to generate and provide required deliverables.Participate in the development and implementation of third‑party risk mitigation processes.QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a relevant program such as Business Administration, Project Management, Urban & Regional Planning, Communications, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.1 year of experience in the delivery of large Heavy Civil and/or Transit & Rail Infrastructure construction projects is considered an asset.Prior experience working closely with Metrolinx, the City of Toronto, or large landowners within the GTHA considered an asset.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Strong computer skills.
