Job Description(Hourly)Skilled Labourer I:$26.15–$34.00Skilled Labourer II:$34.00–$41.84We’re looking for Skilled Labourers who can work safely, use tools and equipment, and help keep the job site running smoothly. If you have experience, work hard, and can handle the physical demands of construction, this role is a good fit.What You’ll DoUse hand tools and power toolsHelp with site clean‑up and setupFollow all safety rulesHelp install concrete and footing workOperate equipment like jackhammers, drills, skid steers, zoom booms, and aerial lifts (tickets required)Use pumps, compressors, and generatorsLoad and unload materialsBuild and take down scaffolding and temporary structuresGrind, sand, scrape, and polish surfacesHelp build forms for walls, slabs, stairs, and footingsMix, pour, and spread concreteDig trenches, backfill, and level groundAlign forms and strip/assemble form systemsQualificationsExperience in 3+ construction tasks/tradesAble to use hand and power tools safelyKnowledge of workplace safety and safe liftingValid equipment tickets (skid steer, aerial lift, telehandler)First Aid/CPR (preferred)Good communication with supervisors, coworkers,
