East Renfrewshire Council is recruiting for a Scheduling & Monitoring Officer to lead the scheduling and monitoring function within our Care at Home service. The role will drive and develop the use of our scheduling software and line manage a team of Scheduling and Monitoring Assistants in a rapid paced environment.
You will oversee resource management to ensure all home care visits are planned and monitored, prioritise workloads, and act as the focal point for scheduling data extraction,
