This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent for clinical and office roles. You will draw on 2-4 years of recruitment experience to deliver effective staffing solutions while working within our collaborative HR team.

Relationship building and a commitment to understanding staffing needs will be key aspects of your role, along with trackable results in sourcing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen applicants proactively
- Promote open positions through various channels
- Conduct initial phone screenings and submit candidate info
- Organize and attend job fair events for recruitment
- Utilize ATS and other tools to track hiring progress Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of recruitment experience
- Post-secondary degree or diploma required

- Proficient in MS Office and ATS systems
